He holds an MBA from the University of Westminster, London, and has since complemented his finance credentials with advanced qualifications in Generative AI, agentic workflow automation, and Singapore-specific compliance disciplines including corporate income tax and GST.
Ian specialises in AI adoption, smart accounting systems, and compliance solutions purpose-built for Singapore SMEs — combining deep technical knowledge with the practical perspective of someone who has run his own business for over a decade.
He is passionate about making enterprise-grade tools accessible to growing businesses, and founded 5th Dimension Consulting to be the partner he wished he'd had when building his own company.
